Agreement
This User Agreement describes the terms for using Ona and Ona Sphere. By using the platform, you agree to these terms and to operate within applicable laws, policies, and usage boundaries.
Alpha Notice
Ona is currently in alpha. Features may change quickly, availability may vary, and outputs may be incomplete. Use at your own risk and avoid relying on the platform for critical production decisions.
1) Acceptance of Terms
Accessing or using Ona services means you accept this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2) Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity under your account, credentials, and connected channels. Keep access secure and report unauthorized activity immediately.
3) Acceptable Use
- - Do not use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
- - Do not attempt to bypass approvals, policies, or access controls.
- - Do not submit content that violates privacy, security, or intellectual property rights.
4) Data, Privacy, and Security
Ona supports private-first operation and policy-governed shared environments. You are responsible for configuring model routing, data boundaries, and credential handling according to your operational needs.
5) AI Output and Human Review
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for validating outputs before high-impact use, especially for legal, financial, security, or customer-facing decisions.
6) Service Availability
Features may change, and services may be updated, limited, or interrupted for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. Because this is an alpha release, stability and uptime are not guaranteed.
7) Limited Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ona is provided "as is" during alpha and without warranties. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use, misuse, or temporary unavailability of the platform.
8) Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if usage violates this agreement, security policies, or applicable law.
9) Changes to This Agreement
This agreement may be updated over time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
